From Cameron House Avenue, a steep path leads up to the centre. The path is swept every day and gritted in winter. The building is on one level and has a ramp at the front entrance for access for wheelchair users.
Both the male and female toilets are accessible to disabled users.
Parking in the centre grounds is resticted to disabled users only. On-street parking is available on Cameron House Avenue.
Creche facilities are provided when needed.
There are numerous fire exits door around the centre.
